A visionary entrepreneur and accomplished pharma leader with over 18 years of diverse industry experience, Mr. Subhadip Mondal is the strategic force behind the establishment of Kifto Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. With a clear mission to build a pan-India pharmaceutical enterprise, he has led the company from its inception, combining deep market insights with a relentless commitment to quality, ethics, and innovation.

Mr. Mondal began his professional journey in business development and marketing roles at globally recognized pharmaceutical giants such as GSK, INTAS Pharmaceuticals, and Ranbaxy Laboratories. These foundational years provided him with an in-depth understanding of critical care, CNS segments, customer relationship management, and market dynamics at both regional and national levels.

Subhadip Mondal

With an impressive 20+ years of experience in the Indian pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Prodyut Mondal stands as a pillar of operational excellence and strategic leadership at Kifto Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. His vast knowledge of field dynamics, sales systems, and therapeutic portfolios brings a sharp competitive edge to the company’s marketing and business development efforts. His ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams across complex markets has been instrumental in driving organizational growth at every stage of his career.

Mr. Mondal has held key leadership positions at several of the country’s most respected pharmaceutical organizations, including Ranbaxy Laboratories, Piramal Healthcare, USV Ltd., La Renon Healthcare, Septalyst Lifesciences, and Alniche Lifesciences. 

Mr. Mondal began his career in business development roles at leading pharma companies like GSK, INTAS, and Ranbaxy, gaining deep expertise in CNS, critical care, and market dynamics.
